(1) Vendor needs to provide fire code plan review services to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI.• Fire Code with consideration to State and County amendments• Communicate with applicants and professional representatives and provide written list of deficiencies upon completion of plan reviews• Fire protection systems not directly related to Building permit processing• Prepare training and educational documents as well as checklists for permit processing and plan review, in coordination with county.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
