(1) Vendor needs to provide corporate sponsorships and strategic partnerships services. – Secure corporate sponsorships and strategic partnerships.– Develop the sponsorship strategy, refining the sponsorship value proposition, marketing sponsorship opportunities and securing corporate investment that supports the success of the event and its long–term legacy for agency.• Destination positioning and sponsorship strategy:– Refine and articulate the sponsorship value proposition for agency.– Develop a compelling sponsorship narrative that positions agency as a premier meetings and conventions destination.– Translate agency's growth, investment and momentum into sponsorship opportunities that resonate with prospective partners.– Assist in developing sponsorship inventory, pricing strategies and sponsorship packages.– Recommend sponsor activations that provide measurable value and meaningful engagement.• Sponsorship sales and business development:– Prospect, cultivate and secure corporate sponsorships and strategic partnerships.– Leverage existing corporate relationships and networks to generate qualified leads.– Conduct outreach, presentations and negotiations with prospective sponsors.– Develop customized sponsorship proposals as needed.– Manage the sponsorship pipeline and provide regular progress reports.• Sponsor management:– Serve as the primary liaison throughout the sponsorship sales process.– Ensure sponsor commitments are documented and fulfilled.– Provide post–event sponsorship reporting and recommendations. • Reporting and accountability:  – Provide monthly written reports detailing prospect activity, sponsorship pipeline status, secured commitments, revenue projections and recommended next steps.– Participate in regularly scheduled progress meetings with visit agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
