Implement industry–standard encryption, access controls, and compliance with applicable state and federal data protection regulations. – A user–friendly, mobile responsive bidder interface with intuitive navigation and multilingual support.– Enable real–time live bidding functionality that includes a live time clock, instant bid result displays, proxy bidding options, and real–time notifications and alerts to keep users continuously informed throughout the auction process.– Facilitate online bidder registration and vetting including identify verification and secure payment processing.– Automatically send an email notification to bidders upon registration approval.– The sale of the property will be by online public auction.     – Display the current highest bid in real time during active bidding.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 06, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
