Vendor needs to provide project management capacity and strategic support service. – The consultant will provide hands–on project management support and strategic partnership to help the team execute current priorities while preparing for future work.• Provide project management support for active internal initiatives, including tracking timelines, coordinating next steps, and maintaining momentum across workstreams, including for at least one major analysis project leveraging professional consulting team on the role of risk and resilience in corporate decision making around investments in climate smart agriculture programs.• Partner closely with the senior manager to organize priorities, surface risks and dependencies, and support decision–making.• Quickly onboard to the team’s context, stakeholders, and existing projects with minimal ramp–up time.• Support coordination across cross–functional/matrixed teams to keep projects moving forward in a timely and aligned way.• Gather, synthesize, and help respond to input from internal stakeholders to inform project direction and improve execution.• Serve as a strategic thought partner on emerging needs, helping the senior manager assess where work may be evolving and what future projects or structures may be needed.
