Collier Senior Center Expansion Project

This project, designed by PBK Architects, adds a 2,710 SF expansion to the existing 7,120 SF Senior Center and includes a weatherproof and hardening scope as well as the new construction for the addition. This is a partially grant-funded project. Scope details are provided later in this document. The Collier Senior Center is located at 4898 Coronado Pkwy, Naples, Florida 34116 and will be vacant without use during construction. This project is grant funded and requires an expedited construction schedule. The Collier Senior Center building is part of a larger site, including the Golden Gate Community Center, the Golden Gate Public Library, the Sheriff’s office, Collier County Tax Collector, Wheels Bicycle Moto Cross (BMX)/ Skate Park and Greater Naples Fire Rescue Station #70 which will remain operational throughout the project. The Collier Senior Center building is approximately 7,120 GSF.
