(1) Vendor needs to provide physicals service to the government authority located in Wichita, KS. – Provide physicals are for current members as well as baseline physicals for new members, and scheduled throughout the year.– Baseline or pre–employment and pre–placement medical examination is given to ensure that employees are physically able to perform the duties of their intended positions without danger to themselves and others.– Examination is a comprehensive medical evaluation intended to provide reference information or the evaluation of subsequent examination findings.– Provide an occupational physician to conduct and review the examinations.– After each examination, furnish the employee with a written, non–technical evaluation report of examination findings, and a statement of the employee’s fitness for the position.– Advise the employee in a timely manner if abnormal test results that are felt to be the results of nonoccupational–related causes so that the employee may contact his/her private physician for follow–up.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
