CLEANING-13590 - USA (Kansas) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in KS.– Routine cleaning of assigned spaces, including offices, cubicles, common areas, conference rooms, kitchens or break rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, corridors, stairwells, elevators, lobbies, entrances, and other areas identified in the facility schedule. – Services may include vacuuming, dusting, surface cleaning, trash and recycling removal, restroom cleaning, interior glass and mirror cleaning, and periodic cleaning of vents and light fixtures.– Cleaning of vestibules, stairwells, elevators, and interior glass; trash pickup and cleaning of designated parking areas; emptying trash receptacles; and seasonal power washing of exterior stairwells and vestibules.– Cleaning of common areas, offices, lobbies, entries, meeting rooms, break rooms, trash chute rooms, laundry rooms, atrium areas, mezzanine walkways, stairwells, vestibules, and public restrooms, including wall railings and interior–facing glass in public areas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Site visit will be held on September 15, 2026.
