Payroll:– Payroll processing and distribution.– Comprehensive payroll reports.– New hire reporting.– Benefits withholding and management.– Tax credit screening.– Online personal change notices in conjunction with HR and multiple levels of approval.2. Time–attendance:– Calculation of employee time and wages and tracks exempt employees.– Automated employee leave requests.– Submit leave requests and supervisors approve.– Employees and supervisors approve time.3. Scheduling tool and timecards:– Flash report when employees have not approved their timecard by a set day and time–send email to employee, then supervisor.– Customizable rules for training, who writes the system rules, who can enter system.4. Desired:– Ability to create custom fields within the timesheet to track funding codes.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 02, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
