(1) Vendor needs to provide external audit services to the government authority located in El Paso, CO.– Provide public accountants to audit City financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2026, 2027, and 2028.– provides services including public safety (police and fire), public works construction and maintenance, parks, recreation and cultural affairs, courts, planning and zoning, building and codeenforcement, mass transit, health and welfare, economic development, and General Improvement Districts– Preliminary field work to review financial information through third quarter; November/December.– Detailed audit plan, schedules required and entrance conference by December 31 of each year.– Review of financials and comments provided to City by May 20.– Complete audit fieldwork and agency finished by May 20.– Opinion Letter provided to the City by June 10.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(4) Pre–Proposal Conference will be held on August 12, 2026.
