(1) Vendor needs to provide electric yard improvements service to the government authority located in College Station, TX.• The project also includes installation of approximately 6–inch gravel pavement and 7–inchconcrete pavement for yard areas and access drives, coordination and protection of existingutilities, and minor utility adjustments as required• Final work includes fine grading, site stabilization with seedingand/or geotextile, removal of temporary erosion controls, site cleanup, and project closeout in compliance with all applicable local and state regulations.1.
