(1) Vendor needs to provide professional grant research and writing services to the government authority located in Papillion, NE. – Provide professional grant research and grant writing services under the direction of the agency.• Grant program development – assist in establishing foundational grant processes and resources for the agency, including:– Inventory existing grant programs and funding sources.– Develop a grant intake and project request process.– Develop standard grant review and communication procedures.– Develop grant application templates and standard narrative language.• Grant opportunity research and strategy:– Preparing grant opportunity summaries outlining: eligibility requirements, matching fund requirements, estimated staff effort, application deadlines and recommendation on whether the agency should pursue the opportunity.• Grant application development:– Develop competitive grant applications.– Prepare grant narratives, executive summaries, statements of need, and supporting documentation.– Assist in developing budgets and budget narratives.– Prepare complete application packages that are ready for agency review.• Grant submission support:– Monitor application status, when appropriate.– Coordinate responses to grantor requests for additional information.• Reporting and deliverables:– Provide a monthly report summarizing: grant opportunities reviewed, grant opportunities recommended, applications in progress, applications submitted, grant awards received, upcoming deadlines and activities completed during the reporting period.– Grant opportunity summaries.– Application packages.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
