(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Thomasville, GA.– The selected vendor will ensure a clean, safe, and well–maintained environment for staff, visitors, and stakeholders.– GENERAL AREAS:• Empty and clean wastebaskets and replace liners.• Dust all exposed desk, filing cabinets, bookcases, shelves, telephones, computer monitors and window ledges.• Spot clean desktops, counter tops, and cabinets.• Clean entry ways and entry window frames.• Clean all glass on entry way doors and window frames.• Spot clean walls, doors, and door frames.• Clean and disinfect drinking fountains.• Remove trash from exterior receptacles and place in dumpster– BATHROOMS:• Clean and sanitize vitreous fixtures.• Empty all trash receptacles and insert new liners.• Empty and sanitize interior of sanitary container.• Spot clean all walls, doors, and partitions.• Clean all mirrors.• Refill all dispensers to normal limits, including paper products.• High and low dust.• Clean and sanitize hard floor.• Clean toilet and urinals.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.
