DOMI Station Masonry Repair

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor to repoint mortar joints, selective replacement of damaged brick, repair stucco finish, repair and repaint all wood surfaces, remove, salvage and replace all downspouts and install concrete drainage troughs. A MANDATORY On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on 6/20/2023 at 914 Railroad Avenue, Tallahassee, FL Submittal of a properly completed Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment G) is required to receive access to the password protected plans (Attachments E & F) Non-Disclosure Agreements can be submitted via e-mail to HillG@leoncountyfl.gov or mailed/hand delivered to the Leon County Purchasing Division located at 1800-3 N. Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308. MWSBE Participation Plan and/or Good Faith Effort documentation (Attachment C): Failure to Submit all Properly Completed MWBE Section Forms will result in the bid being Deemed Nonresponsive. All Work to be performed under this Agreement shall be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
