ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PLAYGROUND PROJECT

The Randolph County School System is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced playgroundmanufacturers, designers, vendors, contractors, or authorized representatives to provide the design, furnishing, delivery, site preparation, installation, safety surfacing, inspection, and completion of anew elementary school playground. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain a safe, durable, age-appropriate, accessible, inclusive, and engaging playground that supports the physical, social, emotional, and developmentalneeds of elementary school students. The successful proposer shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, services, and incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with therequirements of this RFP. All work shall be completed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, codes, standards, and requirements, including applicable playground safety and accessibilityrequirements.
