(1) Vendor needs to provide as–needed hourly skilled trades service to the government authority located in Pontiac, MI. – Provide various skilled trade services on an on–call, as–needed basis.– Services will support the maintenance, repair, and improvement of city–owned buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.– Provide both scheduled and emergency response services.– Maintain accurate records of work performed and submit itemized invoices and service reports.– HVAC Services.– Electrical services.– Plumbing services.(2) Pre–bid non–mandatory meeting will be held on July 13, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
