RENTAL-2730 - USA (Tennessee) - Leasing Agent Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide leasing agent services to the government authority located in Tennessee.– Yardi Voyager 7S Affordable Waitlist Management and Tenant Placement and Rent Café Services platform.– Services will include processing the applicant’s completed move–in application including screening, verifications, background checks, and document management in Yardi Rent Cafe between their agency and the applicant.– Yardi Voyager is managed as a private cloud and is not public facing.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
