(1) Vendor needs to provide design and construction services to the government authority located in New York.• Project involves the design, construction and commissioning of a new 47 MVA substation and all associated components, which will assist in supplying reliable power to the area as well as the nearby landside buildings.• Construct Farmers Substation to ensure resilient, reliable, and redundant service;• Ensure connectivity and compatibility of the new Farmers with the existing Port Authority Building Management System (BMS), and existing buildings.• Provide an aesthetic consistent with the adjacent primary and secondary roadways as well as existing and future improvements in the area• Ensure coordination with project stakeholders and any adjacent construction projects(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
