Description
Rock revetment and stabilization repairs are proposed along approximately 453 linear feet of shoreline on the south side of the North Causeway Boat Ramp in New Smyrna Beach, adjacent to the Indian River North. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and storage of existing revetment, installation of new revetment from the top of the bank down to the mean high-water line, and the placement of temporary erosion and sediment control measures such as silt fencing and turbidity curtains. The surrounding area of the project is a high traffic area and will be operational during the time of construction. The city will work with the awarded contractor on the timeline of the construction. Bid documents are available through the City's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofnsb , document 'Project ID . This project will be partially funded by a Florida Inland Navigation District (F.I.N.D) Grant, Project number VO-NSB-24-149. The award of a contract will be contingent upon the concurrence of the City and funding partner(s). All required documents shall be completed and submitted through the City's eProcurement Portal.
