The Awarded Contractor shall meet or exceed all requirements, specifications, terms and condition of the City, described herein. Proposals are to be submitted via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/apopka ). Proposals shall be received until 'Proposal Submission Time on 'Proposal Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted.
