Sod Supplier, Continuing Supply

Leon County is seeking the services of qualified vendors for the efficient, reliable, and cost-efficient provision of Sod and Sod Services in support of the County and the City of Tallahassee (COT). A Contractor shall furnish and deliver (when applicable) Centipede, St. Augustine, Zoysia or Bermuda Tifway 419 sod for various departments throughout the County/COT. Unit pricing provided shall include all labor, equipment, materials, taxes, insurance, or other incidental costs or work required to meet the terms of all applicable specifications. Prices provided shall be for sod either picked up (loaded on trucks) at Contractors’ place of business or delivered on site and placed on ground in designated areas. The County and COT reserve the right to negotiate with any successful Vendors for any Sod related items, products, services, or associated work/services not specifically listed in this solicitation or the specifications.
