(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy services to the government authority located in La Crosse, WI. – A pharmacist is to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The customer service staff must have the ability to quickly identify and resolve potential and current problems, and devise and implement solutions as a means of preventing future problems.– Provide routine daily deliveries and emergency deliveries, consulting services, customer service phone–line 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and detailed medication administration records and physician order sheets.– Medication services.– Provide the daily medication delivery schedule. – Provide pharmaceutical products and services – Pharmacy products and services.– E–Kit (Emergency) services.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
