(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.– Implement the approved center risk–based cleanup and disposal application.– Identify and map managed areas and engineered controls.– Monitoring and maintenance of encapsulated coatings and other engineered controls.– Housekeeping and dust control practices to prevent re–contamination and transfer.– Restricted–zone access controls and signage.– Performance monitoring and post–remediation confirmation sampling as required by the EPA approval. conditions, including indoor air confirmation and monitoring for breakthrough of engineered controls.– Exterior condition monitoring and practical release prevention for retained suspect exterior materials.– Corrective actions and documentation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
