The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) Atlantic, Code 22130, intent to award a Firm–Fixed Price purchase order on a non–competitive basis to Trusted Solutions, LLC for the procurement of Sentinel Secure Chat Servers.
