QUALITY-3088 - USA (Memphis, Tennessee) - Alcohol and Drug Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide alcohol and drug residential rehabilitation treatment services to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.– Drug recovery court is an alternative program that targets non–violent adult offenders with drug–related criminal charges.– Program requirements include:1. Voluntary participation2. A minimum 12–month sentence into the program3. Outpatient treatment and inpatient and transitional living when necessary4. Mandatory random drug testing5. Attendance at treatment sessions6. Attendance at self–help or SMART Recovery7. Sanctions for non–compliance8. Assessments for substance use disorder and mental health9. Participation in other programs as deemed necessary by the Drug Court team which may include family and individual counseling, mental health counseling, Job readiness, life– skills ands parenting sessions, anger management classes or other programs designed to assist the individual in maintaining sobriety and becoming independent.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
