DRA-11978 - USA (Farmington, New Mexico) - Cost of Service and Rate Study Services - Deadline December 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cost of service and rate study services to the government authority located in Farmington, NM.– Cost of service includes recovery of all operating costs, amounts necessary to maintain reasonable operating reserves after funding operations, debt service, and capital projects– Revenue requirements (non–fuel revenue base and fuel revenue base) calculated,– Cost of service (class cost of service) or cost allocation process completed,– Allocate the cost to a specific rate class (customers group) based on load curves, peak loads, load factors, etc.– Identify various scenarios for alternative rate strategies and structures, including but not limited to a conservation–based rate structure(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2026.
