Vendor needs to provide web–based legislative platform. – Provide access software for legislative targeting, tracking, and outreach to all 50 states. – Provide a platform that data is customizable to topics and issues.– Provide the ability to build profiles about legislators and issues, which allows tracking of conversations in real time.– Provide the ability to email congressional offices and staffers, state and local officials, tribal and agency partners and stakeholders directly from the system.– Provide access to a software platform that can map, track, change and report on the policy landscape all in one place.– The platform should also have the ability to customize email outreach and tailor messaging to congressional, intergovernmental, tribal and agency partners and stakeholders. – Tasks:• Legislative tracking: Provide access to software for legislative targeting, tracking, and outreach to all 50 states.• Social media tracking: Ability to pull reports on latest mentions on social media for tracking purposes and vital hearing preparations.• Hearing preparations: Provide the ability to build profiles and biographies about legislators or causes, which allows tracking of conversations in real time.• Searchable database: Provide a searchable library of contacts both federal and state level officials and staff.• Customizable platform: Provide a platform that data is customizable to topics and issues and the ability to customize profiles of elected officials.• Outreach: Provide the ability to email legislators and staffers directly from the system with the ability to customize email templates and the ability to tailor messaging.• Training: Training new members of the team to learn more about the platform and provide additional trainings on an as needed basis on specific topics in using the platform. • Metrics: Ability to pull metrics reports off of the platform and to keep track of team performance and interactions with stakeholders and partners.
