(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL– Legal Services program is to remove barriers that come with a criminal record by providing free legal services, including expungement and record sealing services, to system–impacted youth and adults– legal matters are limited to representing clients post adjudication/disposition for:– Juvenile expungement– Adult expungement– Adult sealing– Cannabis expungement– Resolving certain warrants for clients seeking other eligible covered services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
