(1) Vendor needs to provide system analysis, software and system engineering and analysis, development, application and customization and technical writing services.- Advanced Scripting and Workflow Customization: Utilize ScriptRunner for Jira to develop sophisticated scripts that extend the platform’s capabilities, including automating workflows, creating custom functions, and enhancing user interactions within Jira. – Data Management and Migration: Efficiently export and import space content across different Confluence environments. – Coding and Implementation: Proceed with the full–scale coding of the integration based on the approved prototype. This will include the development of custom scripts, application programming interfaces (APIs), and other necessary components to ensure a seamless and secure data exchange. – Jira Workflows for Ship Repair Tracking: Developing and refining Jira workflows specifically tailored to mirror the JFMM process. – The contractor shall develop customized Jira fields, screens, and reports to manage these elements effectively, ensuring all stakeholders have up–to–date access to contract statuses and financials. - Jira and PowerBI Seamless Integration: Implement a direct integration between Jira and PowerBI to automate the flow of data into PowerBI dashboards. - Custom Dashboard Development: Design custom PowerBI dashboards that are tailored to the specific. – These dashboards will focus on presenting complex data in an accessible format, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and potential bottlenecks. – Data Visualization Enhancements: Utilize PowerBI’s advanced data visualization tools to create dynamic reports and interactive dashboards.
