(1) Vendor needs to provide trash, debris, furniture, and appliance removal services to the government authority located in St Fresno, CA.A. Unit Trash Out– Complete removal of all trash and debris from vacated units.– Ensure all items are removed from all rooms, closets, cabinets, and storage areas.B. Furniture Removal– Removal of all types of furniture including but not limited to sofas, chairs, tables, beds, and dressers.– Ensure safe handling and transportation of furniture to avoid damage to property and injury to personnelC. Appliance Removal– Removal of all types of appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, and microwaves.– Ensure safe handling and transportation of appliances to avoid damage to property and injury to personnel.E. Electronic Waste (E–Waste) Management– The contractor shall safely collect, handle, transport, and responsibly recycle all electronic waste (e–waste)– Acceptable Materials: This includes, but is not limited to, computers, monitors, laptops, servers, televisions, printers, copiers, mobile devices, cables, and circuit boards etc.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
