ESTATE-12005 - USA (Sacramento, California) - Residential and Commercial Restoration Services - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide residential and commercial restoration services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Contractor will perform an initial physical inspection of all impacted properties and develop an inventory of the real property improvements damaged, an inventory of personal property lost or damaged, and a list of any concerns and/or questions presented by the impacted entity.– Contractor will create a detailed and itemized list of repairs and services required to return the property to the before condition, or as close to a condition found acceptable to the right of way agent.– Contractor will prepare a list of all anticipated permits that may be required to restore the property to the before condition, or to make the impacted entity whole as ultimately defined by the right of way agent.– Building inspection:– Licensed Building Inspector, and other support staff, will perform a structural assessment, inspect, and photograph properties, prepare a report of the findings.– Hazardous materials inspection:– A Licensed Inspector and other supporting staff will perform a hazardous materials assessment survey including inspection of properties, Mold, lead, and asbestos testing, preparing a report.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
