Traffic Control Signs- Re-Solicitation

Escambia County is seeking bids that will involve the fabrication and installation of standard and special traffic control signs (warning, regulatory, and guide) for capital improvement and maintenance projects. Work will consist of the fabrication and/or installation of post mounted traffic control signs, reflective object markers, delineators, and/or span and post mounted street name signs. Work under this contract will be originated through the issuance of Work Orders signed by the Director or his/her designee. The Director, or his/her designee, is authorized to issue Work Orders in any amount but not to exceed the annual budget approved by the Board of County Commissioners in the Capital Improvement Program and in the operating budget of the Transportation and Traffic Operations Division. There is no minimum quantity of work guaranteed in each work order; however, it is anticipated that Work Orders will be issued regularly throughout the contract period. As this will be a continuing contract the contractor agrees to furnish and provide all management, supervision, financing, labor, materials, tools, fuel, supplies, utilities, equipment, and good workmanship to properly execute this contract in the agreed upon Escambia County documents.
