(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary personnel services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. – Temporary staffing needs through an optional–use statewide contract divided among four active contractors.– Contractors must provide temporary personnel services across the following six occupational categories.• Administrative services.• Educational and media services.• Public safety.• Natural resources and applied services.• Trades and operations.• Tax services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 18, 2026.
