EDUCATION-18493 - USA (El Paso, Texas) - Observation Feedback and Curriculum Coaching Service - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide observation feedback and curriculum coaching service to the government authority located in El Paso, TX. – Provide leadership coaching, professional development, and support services for campus leaders, to include to a customized dashboard to monitor progress, campus–based leadership coaching, and executive coaching. – Coaching will focus on leadership growth and organizational effectiveness, with sessions conducted in person and the remainder delivered through mutually agreed–upon methods.– Support in adopting and implementing high–quality instructional material (HQIM), including technical assistance for planning and training teachers.– Instructional leadership development coaching, feedback cycles, and schoolwide routines aligned to research–based instructional strategies.– Capacity–building for sustainable systems–level change, including performance management systems.– Instructional leadership dashboard design and development and training.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.
