(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based food applications regulatory management (farm) system maintaining operations solution. • FARM System is fully operational in a production environment, the Agency requires ongoing operations, maintenance, and enhancement support for FARM Version 13.x and subsequent releases.• FDA GovCloud – Cloud–based infrastructure supporting core FARM system operations.• Appian Cloud Environments – Platform–as–a–Service (PaaS) environments hosting key FARM components, primarily workflow automation and reporting capabilities.• Online submission functionality enabling electronic submission of regulatory documents with bidirectional notifications.• Data and content management for organizing, storing, and maintaining regulatory information and documentation.• Search and retrieval functionality providing efficient access to stored records.• Workflow management to automate and track regulatory review processes.• Account management for user authentication, access controls, and permissions administration.• Reporting and analytics capabilities to generate regulatory reports and analytical outputs.• Forms management to create, maintain, and process regulatory forms.• Indexing and cataloging activities to organize content and enhance searchability and retrieval.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for 8(a) Set–Aside (FAR 19.8).
