EXTRA-77616 - USA (Maryland) - Public Housing Center Consulting Services - Deadline October 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide public housing center consulting services to the government authority located in MD. – Provide Public Housing Center (PIC) consulting services. • Cleanup of agency’s 50058 records in PIC to ensure accurate tenant data• Ensure accuracy of PIC records when compared to agency’s Elite management system• Uploading of 50058s from Elite to PIC• Upload and submit records to PIC to be evaluated for errors• Monitor 50058 records on a monthly basis, ensure tenant data in PIC is accurate, conduct weekly PIC submissions• Provide a monthly report to agency showing 50058 submission rate to PIC, 50058 errors needing to be corrected by agency development staff, and EIV identity verification reports.• Monitor EIV status to avoid PIC fatal errors.• Meet or exceed HUD mandated reporting goals.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
