(1) Vendor needs to provide computer technology and related solutions to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Computer technology products and services with related solutions to establish comprehensive cooperative purchasing contracts that provide solutions for our members that:– Modernize Information Technology (IT) infrastructure with current–generation hardware, software, cloud platforms, and integrated solutions.– Support sustainability and environmental responsibility through responsible IT asset lifecycle management, electronics waste (e–waste) recycling, secure data destruction, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting.– Technology products and integrated solutions:– Computing devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, servers, storage).– Networking and connectivity equipment.– Audio–visual and collaboration technology.– Peripherals, accessories, and components.– Software licensing and subscriptions (to include SaaS).– Configuration, installation, integration, and support services.– Training and professional services related to product implementation.– IT asset lifecycle management:– Asset Management: Hardware and software inventory, tracking, license optimization, compliance, and information technology asset management (ITAM) program development.– IT Equipment or systems acquisition: planning, configuration, staging, deployment, and logistics.– Maintenance and support: warranty management, repair services, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.– Decommissioning: data centre shutdown, de–racking, secure data destruction, and site restoration.– Asset disposition: secure data destruction, remarketing, recycling, value recovery, and reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.
