EXTRA-78805 - USA (Seattle, Washington) - Airline Technical Representative Services - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide airline technical representative services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – The Consultant will be responsible for serving as a single point of contact for both the Airlines to coordinating the Airline industry’s input and involvement during the facility planning, design, construction, and activation/commissioning phases of those projects that are to be implemented as part of Capital Improvement Program.– The Consultant serves as a single point of contact for the Airlines, as it relates to coordination ofAirline involvement during the capital facility planning, pre–design, design, construction, tenant buildout, and activation/commissioning processes of assigned projects.– Serve as a capital program intermediary to help assure that the capital program is well planned, designed, and implemented in a responsible manner, with consideration of operational value, Airline cost impacts, lifecycle cost, maintainability, phasing, temporary facilities, scope optimization, and cost avoidance, as applicable.– Coordinate and ensure timely Airline review of project documents and submittals and provide input in conformance with published schedules.– Assist the Airlines in establishing programmatic requirements for various projects.– Provide quarterly Plan of Finance health update to Airlines.– Reviewing aircraft gate concepts, infrastructure support systems, and construction sequencing plans to support aircraft gate parking alternatives or changes.– Facilitation of discussions between the Port and Airlines on lease negotiations.– The Consultant shall proactively support the continuity of airline operations throughout all phases of planning, design, construction, activation, and project closeout.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 202.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 4, 2026.
