(1) Vendor needs to provide student engagement and professional development software.– Platform that can assign and track activities, document student participation, award badges or credentials, monitor progress toward established pathways, and provide reports on student engagement and competency development.– Include ease of use, mobile accessibility, system scalability, data ownership and export capabilities, customer support, and the ability to configure the platform without extensive vendor programming.– Create customized professional development pathways and activities– Track student participation, completion, and progress.– Support event registration, attendance verification, and activity approval.– Allow students to submit documentation or evidence of completed activities.– Provide administrative review and approval workflows.– Generate reports by student, program, department, activity, badge, and competency.– Provide dashboards for students, faculty, staff, and administrators.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
