(1) Vendor needs to provide parking lot maintenance services to the government authority located in Battle Creek, MI.– Seal coating of asphalt surfaces.– Pavement striping and markings.– Surface cleaning and preparation:– Mechanically sweep and power–blow all asphalt surfaces.– Remove all debris, loose aggregate, dirt, and vegetation, including vegetation in cracks and along edges.– Protection:– Protect concrete, curbs, sidewalks, building faces, landscaping (including landscaped islands and medians on the city hall or police campus), gate hardware, bollards, and adjacent structures from overspray and tracking.– Prevent crack sealant and seal coat material from entering catch basins, trench drains, or other drainage structures.– Traffic control and maintenance of site access.– Final cleanup and reopening to service.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.
