Prepare and restore well sites/site. Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on: June 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Department representatives will meet contractors at: Powerhouse Historic Site on SR321 41.8516, -78.8242 FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
