(1) Vendor needs to provide auto, property and casualty claims search database solution.• Provide claims reporting and database search function, claims inquiry function, data access and compliance programs, claim indexing, data verification, fraud prevention analytics, identity resolution, and regulatory reporting support services.• Tasks may include, but are not limited to, developing reports, configuring and deploying standard workflows to meet agency specific business needs and rules.– Deliverables:• Valid software licenses, license keys, etc.• Subscription—this would be whatever is needed to ensure access to the subscription—License, License keys, Log In credentials, etc.• Updated and patched software.• Support logs and issue resolution documentation.• Performance and maintenance reports.• Provide Product Documentation–Standard product documentation that comes along with a product. – Documentation to include installation guides, administrator guide, use guides, quick starts, training guides and any other items that provide guidelines in using the product.• Data Migration Report: Detailed report documenting data migration process and results.• Training Materials(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
