(1) Vendor needs to provide intranet platform modernization and staff portal solution.– Complete intranet platform, including software licensing, discovery and requirements validation, solution architecture, implementation, configuration, content and data migration planning and tools, testing, training, change management support, platform deployment, and ongoing maintenance and support.– Solution should provide an intuitive user experience while empowering designated business users and content owners to create, manage, and maintain content without requiring custom software development, specialized technical expertise, or ongoing engineering resources– Enterprise search functionality capable of supporting natural–language queries and delivering relevant, authoritative results.– Search filtering, content categorization, and metadata management capabilities that improve content discoverability and knowledge sharing.– Analytics for page views, unique viewers, designated–content readership, audience adoption, and unsuccessful searches, with appropriate administrative access and privacy controls.– Responsive user experience optimized for desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile, and shared workstation environments.– Browser–based access without requiring specialized client software– Support for single sign–on with Google Workspace, multifactor authentication (MFA), encryption in transit and at rest, and role–based security controls.– Identify any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, intelligent search, automated content generation, summarization, recommendation engines, translation services, or similar functionality included in the proposed solution.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
