DISPOS-9574 - USA (Chesapeake, Virginia) - Waste Oil and Antifreeze Collection Services - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide waste oil and antifreeze collection services to the government authority located in Chesapeake, VA.– The selected contractor will be responsible for the collection, transportation, recycling and proper disposal of waste oil and antifreeze from various city facilities.– The contractor shall have the capability to pick up, transport, and properly dispose of automotive fluids to include but not limited to all engine oils, hydraulic oil, transmission fluid, and antifreeze.– The city approximately generates 5500 gallons of oil per year.– Provide appropriate containers for the collection of waste oil and antifreeze at each designated city facility.– Containers must be clearly labelled and meet all regulatory requirements for the storage of hazardous materials.– Containers should be leak–proof, weather–resistant, and equipped with secure lids to prevent spills and contamination.– Contractor shall take full responsibility for all fluids at the time of pickup. If a spill occurs while fluids are in contractor's possession, the contractor shall take all responsibility for managing that spill.– Dispose of any non–recyclable waste in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for three years.
