TRAVEL-1782 - USA (Maryland) - Magistrates Conference Services - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide magistrates conference services to the government authority located in Maryland.• Provide lodging and meeting space that can accommodate approximately eighty–five (85) guests for the Magistrates’ Conference in 2027 through 2031.• The facility will need to have adequate plenary and break–out meeting spaces, overnight accommodation, AV services, parking, and adequate private space for large group meals.• Secure wireless high–speed internet• Television• In–room desk/workspace• Coffee maker (e.g., traditional, Keurig, Nespresso, etc.)• Event Rooms• Food/Meals(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Aug 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
