Community Corrections Center Tenant Improvements

This project is within the Washington County Justice Services Building, located at 150 North First Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124; the area of work is on the Second Floor. Work consists of selective demolition work including partition walls, ceiling system components and finishes, including carpet; new work, consisting of new partition walls, doors & frames, relites & frames, casework, finishes, including carpet, paint and select restoration of ceiling system and associated Mechanical, Electrical Work and Plumbing work, including modification to/replacement of/addition of, HVAC supply & return components, sprinkler system components, light fixtures, fire alarm system components (if required) and data/communications system components.
