(1) Vendor needs to provide double–sided LED digital outdoor billboard sign service.• The Agency desires to enter into a lease and operating agreement with the selected firm who will be responsible for: i) removing an existing electronic monument sign ii) constructing a replacement LED sign iii) procuring the necessary permits, including, but not limited to planning and building permits.• Sign Design – The City desires a new double–sided LED digital outdoor billboard sign to replace the existing electronic monument sign.• Content Management – The Firm will manage the general advertising content for the LED sign(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
