(1) Vendor needs to provide professional structural engineering services to the government authority located in Boulder, CO.– Provide Design services.– Provide Engineering services.– Provide Engineering studies.– Provide Peer reviews.– Provide Basic Services as described in the sample Architect/Engineer Agreement and Terms and Conditions of the Contract unless otherwise noted.– Provide as–needed services on various Controlled Maintenance, Deferred Maintenance, Capital and Non–Capital projects where fee will not exceed $100,000.– Provide non–design services as requested and contracted via the Consultant Agreement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
