(1) Vendor needs to provide passenger flow management system.– Design and implement a platform to capture data and insights on passenger queuing, passenger movements, occupancy counting, and dwell times throughout the passenger screening checkpoints, passenger check–in counters, landside baggage claim areas, and terminal curbsides– System must be accurate and automated in providing current passenger screening checkpoint wait times, occupancy metrics, real–time data driven decision making, heatmapping, and historical data relating to all key touchpoints of a passenger’s journey through the monitored areas(2) A mandatory pre–proposal zoom meeting will be held on October 16, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
