RFP #1121 - 2026-2027 Special Education Document Creator and Tracking Solution RFP (SED-2026-0004)

The deadline for submission of vendor questions is September 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (ET). Questions must be submitted via Public Purchase. Questions will not be addressed over the phone or by email. Answers to vendor questions will be posted by September 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (EST). All vendor RFP submissions must be submitted via the Public Purchase website (www.publicpurchase.com) no later than 2:00 p.m. (ET) on October 7, 2026. The District does not provide progress updates. Information will be provided via Public Purchase. Vendors are responsible for checking the Public Purchase website for any addenda to ensure that their submissions incorporate all available information. Vendors agree to complete all requested information withing this RFP as instructed and to upload their responses into the Public Purchase website with their RFP submission. The District will not accept RFP responses that are delivered by any other means than the Public Purchase website. Columbus City Schools has established an Outreach Program to increase participation of businesses designated as Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises (LEDE). The Board of Education (BOE) has established an aspirational goal of 20% participation by business designated as LEDE. Vendors are strongly encouraged to use a good faith effort to support the BOE in achieving the Districts LEDE participation goals.
