Entersprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Student Information System (SIS) Solution
University of Lethbridge
Description
The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Respondents for the provision, licensing, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support of a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Student Information System (SIS) solution for the University of Lethbridge. The University is seeking a solution that will modernize core administrative and student-facing processes, reduce manual workarounds, improve data quality, strengthen reporting and analytics, enable self-service, and support more consistent processes across academic and administrative units. The objectives of this initiative include: • Reducing reliance on paper forms, spreadsheets, manual and email-based approvals, duplicate data entry, and ancillary systems in favour of workflows, digital forms, and automation within the proposed solution(s). • Establishing stronger system-of-record capabilities for financial, employee, vendor, student, academic, and institutional data. • Improving business process standardization while allowing necessary variation where required by policy, collective agreement, or regulatory requirements. • Providing secure, role-based, self-service capabilities for students, applicants, academic staff, administrative staff, managers, budget owners, advisors, and other authorized users. • Supporting Canadian public-sector, post-secondary, privacy, accessibility, reporting, payroll, procurement, tax, and compliance obligations. • Providing a scalable, supportable, configurable solution that minimizes unnecessary customization and supports future institutional growth and transformation. • Provide systems and processes that support accessibility and inclusion for a diverse employee and student body.
